Arbitration

Our litigation team regularly represents clients at mediations and arbitration, with excellent results. Arbitration is a court-like process in which an arbitrator is retained to decide the case like a judge. Arbitration has simpler rules than court proceedings and the arbitration process is shorter and less detailed than the court process.  Arbitration should result in cost savings relative to full litigation in the traditional court system.

Our firm’s arbitrator formerly served as a trial judge, and he is available to hear the most complex cases and issue fair decisions, with significant cost savings relative to the court process. He has represented parties of all stripes—from individuals to Fortune 50 corporations, and both plaintiffs and defendants—giving him a broad and fair-minded perspective.
