Fortune Magazine Ranks Ragsdale Liggett Among Top Law Firms in the Nation

In its second ever national law firm rankings, LexisNexis® Martindale-Hubbell® announces that Ragsdale Liggett PLLC was recognized again as one of the top rated law firms in the United States. The Top Ranked Law Firms were named in Fortune Magazine’s 2013 Investor’s Guide and are also featured in The American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel magazines and on CNNMoney.com, law.com and martindale.com. 

Martindale-Hubbell, a prestigious legal resource, directory and review organization, considered 254,000 law firms in creating its Top Law Firm Ranking list where only 966 firms were selected according to the peer rating system. The ratings were based on the percentage of AV Preeminent® rated lawyers in a law firm. In order to be named on the Top Law Firms list, at least 1 of every 3 attorneys must have achieved the prestigious AV Preeminent Peer Review rating; a status considered the highest level of achievement in an attorney’s legal ability and professional ethics. Ragsdale Liggett exceeded the requirements set forth with more than two-thirds of its lawyers having earned the AV Preeminent Peer Rating.
