Melissa Dewey Brumback is a featured speaker for a webinar/teleconference for construction and real estate legal counsel. The webinar, “Drafting Construction Contracts: Key Provisions and Common Pitfalls” will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. The panel will explain common pitfalls that arise when enforcing contracts and provide best practices for counsel to owners, design professionals and contractors to mitigate risk and resolve contract disputes. The webinar is eligible for at least 1.5 CLE credits (depending on state rules).
