November 21, 2011
Dottie Burch was a featured speaker for the North Carolina State University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences on November 18, 2011. Ms. Burch’s lecture on Equine Law was presented to students enrolled in the course, ANS 110 Introduction to Equine Science.
This is the second lecture Ms. Burch has presented at the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Dr. Shannon Pratt-Phillips, Assistant Professor in the Department of Animal Science, said “We were so fortunate to learn about equine law from Dottie who has extensive knowledge in the horse industry. She brought a fresh and real life view to the classroom and is an excellent model of the leadership skills we’re teaching in this curriculum.”
