December 10, 2010
Ashley Huffstetler Campbell has been appointed to the Board of Directors at StepUP Ministry, a Wake County non-profit interfaith agency that partners with program participants in the shared goal of establishing self sufficiency.
“Ashley is a great addition to our board and brings a wealth of experience from previous board roles and her work with the Junior League of Raleigh,” says Steve Swayne, Executive Director of StepUP Ministry. “She is incredibly passionate about this mission and the greater need to train and empower people. We are fortunate to have her on this board.”
Ashley is uniquely qualified to fill this post as she has served on numerous boards concerned with philanthropic issues and with focus on training women to be community volunteers. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Raleigh, was past board member of the Women’s Center of Wake County, and she continues her work with Legal Aid by volunteering with Project Together, a program that partners attorneys with victims of domestic violence.
