George Ragsdale, founding member and Senior Partner, won a unanimous decision for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company in an ERISA litigation matter before the United States Supreme Court.
Mary Hulett, one of our Senior Partners was the lead defense litigation lawyer in one of the biggest cases ever tried in the United States, which arose from the Dupont Hotel fire in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It had more than 2000 plaintiffs and 200 defendants. The trial lasted 18 months, and she was the only defense lawyer present from the first day to the last, and she won the case for her client.
